Cline Law Bookkeeping Integration Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern use of the Cline Law Bookkeeping Integration operated by the Law Office of Jason Cline.

Authorized Use

The Cline Law Bookkeeping Integration is a private application intended for internal business use by the Law Office of Jason Cline and its authorized users.

The application is not offered for general public use.

Purpose

The application is designed to assist with bookkeeping and accounting functions by interacting with an authorized QuickBooks Online company. Functions may include reviewing accounting information, categorizing transactions, identifying potential duplicate or matching transactions, recording authorized bookkeeping entries, and assisting with account reconciliation.

QuickBooks Online Authorization

Use of QuickBooks Online functionality requires authorization through Intuit. Users must have authority to grant the application access to the QuickBooks Online company being connected.

Authorization may be revoked at any time.

User Responsibility

Authorized users are responsible for reviewing the accuracy and appropriateness of bookkeeping information and transactions processed through the application.

The application is intended to assist with bookkeeping processes and does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Restrictions

Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application, use the application to access a QuickBooks Online company without appropriate authorization, interfere with the operation or security of the application, or use the application for an unlawful purpose.

Availability and Accuracy

The application is provided for internal business use. Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain its accuracy and availability, uninterrupted operation or error-free processing is not guaranteed.

Bookkeeping information should be reviewed as appropriate before it is relied upon for accounting, tax, financial, or legal purposes.

The application interacts with QuickBooks Online, a service provided by Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's applicable terms, policies, and service availability.

Termination

Access to the application may be suspended or terminated at any time by the Law Office of Jason Cline. Authorization to access QuickBooks Online may also be revoked through the applicable Intuit or QuickBooks account settings.

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the application or applicable requirements. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
